The title from the soup says it all. It’s incredible. So easy to create and tasty. Felt like I was drinking medicine for the body. I’m not a lover of the feel of onion, so I blended the onion, carrot, and garlic in advance of incorporating it on the pan. However turned out awesome!I’ve built this in advance of two times now and it was perfect
